It is an original fabric that combines "strength", "lightness" and "waterproofness". The 1000 denier Cordura nylon, which is very strong and lightweight, has a twisted polyester called X-PLY on the back side, which is placed in a bias (diagonal to the fabric) direction to suppress the diagonal stretch, which is a weakness of woven fabrics. Furthermore, a very thin PET film, also made of polyester, is laminated (pressed) using a patented method to seal the weave of the fabric and prevent the intrusion of rain, sweat, and other water, making it a material that is strong, lightweight, and waterproof. The gusset part uses fabric that does not use the X-PLY of the X-C1000 in order to give the bag a beautiful shape.
