The leather casual series "PORTER GUARD" uses water-repellent leather and waterproof zippers to enhance functionality and design. The combination of Scotch Guard water- and oil-repellent embossed leather and waterproof zippers with leather grain patterned zipper tape enhances functionality and design. The main material is domestic adult cowhide. After chrome tanning, the tanned leather is re-tanned using a combination of synthetic tannins and vegetable tannins to bring out the firmness of the leather and the embossed shrink pattern. The leather is soaked in Scotch Guard chemicals during the oiling process, and a fine shrink embossing is applied as a finish to enhance compatibility with the zipper tape pattern. The embossed leather has a moderate firmness and is also characterized by its inconspicuous scratches. The main zipper and three-dimensional front pockets are sewn with YKK Aqua Guard zipper tape with a three-dimensional leather grain pattern from the surface, which is the design point of the series. The metal fittings are finished with a glossy black nickel finish and polished to give them a luxurious look. The parts that adjust the shoulder straps and backpack straps are engraved with PORTER. The brand tag is also a shrink-processed, grained tag that matches the gloss of the black nickel material of the metal fittings.
