The nylon denim fabric used as the main material is produced by a denim fabric manufacturer with a history of 79 years, which is the only one in Kojima, Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, that produces everything from dyeing to weaving to finishing. The nylon warp threads are rope dyed, just like the cotton denim fabric, using sulfide dyes for the black color and indigo dyes for the indigo color. This is the first technology in the world to use rope dyeing on nylon threads, which were said to be impossible to dye. Nylon denim fabric is lighter than cotton denim fabric, and is an original fabric that combines the excellent tear and friction strength of nylon material with the unique dyeing and texture of natural fibers. The items in the series are mainly made up of items that are easy to use on a daily basis, so that people of all ages can use them.
