The casual series "PORTER CRAG" features the unique color depth and texture of product dyeing. It uses an original back satin fabric woven from a high density blend of nylon and cotton yarns. The deep color is achieved by "two-bath dyeing", in which the yarns of different materials are successively immersed in two different dye solutions to dye the yarns. The drying process after dyeing creates a unique, firm texture. This series uses safe and secure dyeing processing that is environmentally friendly, making use of the high technology that has been cultivated over many years in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture, where the textile industry is thriving. Product dyeing results in differences in the color, wrinkles, and shrinkage of the finished product, so you can enjoy the different expressions of each piece.
