"PORTER BILL BRIDLE" is a high-class leather accessory series made from bridle leather from a long-established British leather tannery with over 170 years of history. Bridle means "horse tack," and bridle leather was born in Europe as leather for horse tack. It uses thick and durable cowhide leather (leather from cows over 2 years old) that has been tanned with tannins, and is further coated with wax such as beeswax in the final stage to tighten the leather fibers and make it stronger and more durable. It is known as a high-quality leather because it is very labor-intensive compared to general leather. The main material is bridle leather from "THOMAS WARE & SONS," which was founded in Bristol, England in 1840. Raw hides from within the UK are used, and after tanning, craftsmen hand-paint each piece with wax over a period of more than 10 weeks. The white powder that appears on the surface of the leather is called bloom, which is wax such as beeswax and vegetable oil. As you use it, the oil and wax in the leather will gradually increase the luster, deepen the color, and you can enjoy the changes over time. In this series, the thick bridle leather with a heavy feel is thinned to make it lighter, and it is used in key parts of the interior, giving it a luxurious finish. The cut edges, which show the craftsmanship of the artisans, are carefully polished, and the basic design gives it a sharp and clean impression. It is available in three colors: black, navy, and London tan, a traditional British color that has long been loved. The zipper is an Excella zipper, which is luxurious and easy to use, and is gold-colored for the black and London tan, and silver-colored for the navy. Please note that since the finish is designed to emphasize the original texture of the leather, there may be tiger marks or blood vessels. Scratches and other scratches may be noticeable. Discoloration due to water exposure (rain, sweat, etc.), blisters on the grain surface of the leather, stains, and discoloration and fading due to sunburn are unavoidable, so please be careful when using in the summer or rainy weather, or when matching with light-colored clothes.
