This collection is a collaboration with BATONER, a knitwear brand produced by Okuyama Meriyasu, a knit factory in Yamagata Prefecture.
BATONER's standard item, the smooth wool crew neck, has been knitted with nanamica's stripe pitch. The smooth fabric is knitted slowly and carefully on a rare high-gauge knitting machine, and has a texture that fills the gaps in the mesh, making it smooth against the skin. In addition, it is knitted using ultra-fine worsted yarn with a tight stitch count, so it has both kickback and firmness, and is resistant to wrinkles and deformation.
