Item Description
The main material is a high-density nylon twill with 210d warp and 420d weft. The high density weave gives the fabric a firm texture and a moderate sheen, resulting in an elegant look. The high-density nylon twill fabric is finished with a water-repellent finish. The included leather is shrink leather made from raw hides of Japanese black cattle. To bring out the softness of the skin of Japanese black cattle, the leather is tanned using vegetable oils and tannins, and dyes are added generously. To bring out a gentle color that cannot be achieved with dyes alone, a fine-particle semi-aniline finish is used, which gives it some water-repellent and stain-resistant effects. To create a natural grained texture with embossing, the leather is milled for 8 to 10 hours, resulting in a leather with a pleasant feel and a unique flavor.
