The main material is a 1680d class nylon made by twisting and weaving strong threads of 420d nylon from Toray Industries, Inc., to create a highly durable fabric that can withstand hard use. In addition, the back of the fabric is coated with twice the amount of PU than usual, giving the fabric a moderate sense of volume.
The attached fabric is a high-density woven nylon twill, with 110d semi-dull yarn for the warp and 210d bright yarn for the weft, giving it two types of luster, giving it a deep color. The fabric for the large front pocket is made of special polyester yarn using PTT fiber, and is woven into a twill structure at an ultra-high density, giving it a shape-memory wrinkled feel and a soft finish. It is dyed for a long time at a lower temperature than normal dyeing, giving it a deep color with an elegant sense of shadow and a glossy feel. The surface is water-repellent and the back is double-treated with a sheer finish, making it difficult for water to penetrate the fabric itself. The PTT fiber used for the warp and weft is a sustainable material made from bio-based materials that are approximately 37% plant-derived. The attached leather material is waterproof tanned leather. The base of the brand name is made with a reflective sheet attached to the surface with a highly adhesive binder to give it a retroreflective function while retaining the texture of the leather, and is also used in consideration of nighttime safety. The large pocket buckle, which can be adjusted to size with a cord stopper, is an original master-piece buckle that can be easily attached and detached using a magnet.
