The leather of the main body may have slight color variations. Please note that discoloration cannot be avoided due to the nature of the material. Although it is waterproof, water cannot be prevented from entering through the stitching or the seams between parts. If the nylon material included is left wet for a long time, the film on the back may peel off or deteriorate, so be sure to dry it before storing it. Please note that it is not completely waterproof and cannot prevent water from entering through zippers or needle holes in the stitching.
Item Description
The leather of the main body is made by tanning thick raw hides from North America with chrome, dividing the layer with the grain (surface of the leather) and the lower layer horizontally, leveling the leather of the lower layer to a thickness of 2 mm, and carefully buffing it with sandpaper to give it a fine nap. Because the leather is thick, it cannot be dyed all the way to the core in one go, so it is dyed carefully in two separate steps, and the waterproofing agent is allowed to penetrate to the inside during the second dyeing to increase the waterproofing. The attached fabric is an original MASTERTEX-05 nylon fabric with a three-layer structure that is laminated with a special breathable waterproof film L-Vent® and bonded with tricot nylon by densely weaving 66 nylon thread (bright thread) of 420d vertical and horizontal that meets the CORDURA® brand fabric standard, and is strong against friction, tearing, and abrasion. Compared to regular 420d class fabrics, it is 20% more densely weaved, which increases its strength. The bright 66 nylon thread gives it a deep luster. The zipper is water repellent by YKK, and the interior is made of original camouflage print fabric with a Japanese archipelago motif. This series features casual coloring using waterproof suede.
