Please note that it is not completely waterproof and cannot prevent water from entering through zippers or needle holes in the stitching. Wrinkles may remain on the surface of the fabric due to refraction. The attached leather may have slight color variations. Also, due to the characteristics of the material, discoloration cannot be avoided. Although it is waterproofed with SCOTCHGARD®, water cannot be avoided from entering through the stitching or the borders between parts. If the nylon material is left wet for a long time, the PVC on the back may peel off or deteriorate, so be sure to dry it before storing it. The main fabric is made of high-performance nylon twill treated with master-piece's original special water-repellent coating m-coat™.

The main fabric is made of 66 nylon with excellent strength, 70d warp and 210d weft, woven into a high-density twill weave and dyed with a high-pressure zipper. It is then treated with Master-piece's original special water-repellent finish, m-coat™.
m-coat™ is not only far superior in water repellency and abrasion resistance compared to conventional water repellent treatments, but also achieves excellent water repellency and durability by structuring the water repellent agent on the fiber surface using a special technology, which differs from conventional water repellent treatments. The water repellency of many water repellent products weakens with repeated use and washing, but m-coat™ has achieved Class 4 in the Bundesmann water repellency test even after 100 washes. For water repellency, the Bundesmann test (※), which is more rigorous than the spray test (JIS-L1092) used in the conventional measurement standard, is conducted.
The back of the fabric is treated with Breathatec® by Toray Coatex Co., Ltd. This is a polyurethane wet microporous coating material that uses a unique polymer technology and has high water resistance. The polyurethane coating is made of durable polycarbonate. The water repellent function of m-coat™ repels water, and the water resistance function of Breathatec® prevents water from entering, making this material suitable for sudden downpours and heavy rain. The included leather is made of carefully selected high-quality steer leather produced in Japan, and a waterproofing agent made by 3M is put into the drum during dyeing, allowing it to penetrate into the leather fibers.
It continuously prevents water from penetrating the back and sides of the leather, as well as any scratches. This is a waterproof and stain-resistant leather that has passed the monitoring test of 3M's "SCOTCHGARD®". The test is performed even if the surface is scraped, so the effect will not weaken.
The embossed finish gives it a more refined and elegant appearance, and is less prone to scratches than smooth fabrics. We used selected oils and tannins to make the material as light as possible. The zipper tape is made of WATER-R, which has been treated with a simple water-repellent coating.
