Please note that it is not completely waterproof and water cannot be prevented from entering through the needle holes in the stitching. If nylon material is left wet for a long time, the film on the back may peel off or deteriorate, so be sure to dry it before storing it. Water-repellent processing is a surface treatment, so the effect will fade with use due to friction, etc. In addition, the water-repellent power will be lost due to dust and other dirt that adheres to the fabric. After use, we recommend removing dirt by brushing it appropriately and frequently using a commercially available water-repellent spray.
Item Description
The main material is MASTERTEX-07, an original fabric with excellent durability and fastness, which is made by twisting two 210d 66 nylon threads, then aligning two of them and using them vertically and horizontally in a certified factory that meets the production and quality standards of CORDURA® brand fabric. The surface of the fabric is water-repellent, the back is laminated with a special breathable waterproof film L-Vent®, and the three-layer structure with tricot nylon bonded to it provides waterproof performance with a water pressure resistance of 20,000 mm. In addition, the original fabrics MASTERTEX-04, 05, and 06 are combined depending on the parts. The leather accessories are made of waterproof tanned leather, and the bottom is made of INVISTA's 1680D Cordura Ballistic ® nylon, which has about five times the abrasion and tear strength and durability of regular nylon, and the back is PVC-coated to further improve its strength and waterproofness. The shoulder harness is equipped with an original mechanism called "m-strap" that is a registered utility model, which reduces the weight of the luggage. The cushion that touches the body uses Outlast ®, a temperature regulating material developed for NASA. The buckle, which is the design point of the series, is a new design that is stronger.
