The main material is 600d polyester fabric coated with eco-friendly, highly durable polyurethane that is 90% free of environmentally polluting solvents, giving it a matte, rubber-like feel. The leather included is made by the only tanner in Japan that has acquired *LWG (Leather Working Group) certification, and the steer leather is chrome tanned and dyed, and the grain surface is rubbed and tight-coated with a special chemical to prevent it from floating. The grain surface is smoothed flat with a binder, and then sprayed with paint to create a beautiful color. The surface is embossed with a kip pattern to give it a smooth texture.
