Item Description
The main body is made of INVISTA's 1680d CORDURA Ballistic® nylon, which has about five times the abrasion and tear strength and durability of regular nylon, and the back is treated with PU to further improve its strength. The attached leather is made from thick North American raw hides that are chrome tanned, and then the layer with the grain (the surface of the leather) and the lower layer are horizontally divided, and the leather of the lower layer is leveled to a thickness of 2 mm, and carefully buffed with sandpaper to give it a fine nap. Since the leather is thick, it cannot be dyed all the way to the core in one go, so it is dyed slowly in two stages, and the waterproofing agent is penetrated to the inside during the second dyeing to increase the waterproofing properties. The other accessory leather is 1.8mm thick eco-nume cow leather (NISSENKEN OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified) that is tanned with 100% vegetable tannins without using any chemicals or dyes that cause environmental pollution or any other substances harmful to the human body such as hexavalent chromium. This casual series combines various materials such as CORDURA® Ballistic fabric 1680d nylon, waterproof suede, and YKK Aquaguard zippers in the same color scheme, with nubuck leather as the main point.
