Item Description
The main material is MASTERTEX-06 nylon, which is woven into a high-density twill using 100d CORDURA® semi-dull yarn for the warp and 420d CORDURA® bright yarn for the weft, giving it durability and robustness, and giving it an elegant look. It is an original fabric with a three-layer structure that is laminated with a special breathable waterproof film L-vent® and bonded with tricot nylon, and has a water pressure resistance of 20,000 mm. The attached fabric is made of INVISTA's 1680D Cordura ballistic® nylon, which has about five times the abrasion, tear strength, and durability of regular nylon, and the back is treated with PVC to further improve its strength and waterproofness. The attached leather is North American steer leather, which is tanned in a drum with 3M waterproofing agent, which is allowed to penetrate into the leather. After that, it is dyed and oiled, and the shrink processing process is carried out to give it a soft and moist touch. Waterproofing is also enhanced by spraying the company's waterproofing agent at the finishing stage. This leather has passed the SCOTCHGARD® monitoring test and is waterproof, oil-proof, and stain-proof. The test is performed even if the surface is scraped, so the effect will not fade. The zipper on the front pocket is made of YKK EXCELLA, which has been carefully polished on the entire surface of each element. The main zipper is a split type with YKK METALLION® on the back, and the subtle shine that can be seen between the tapes is an accent. It also uses a YKK Aquaguard zipper that has been partially treated to make it waterproof. This series is inspired by urban and outdoor styles, combining the original 3-layer CORDURA® nylon twill with waterproof leather, and using highly functional and elegant materials.
