Item Description
The main material is a tough new material called SHIN DENIM, which has been developed by JAPAN BLUE, a company in Kojima, Kurashiki City, a denim production area, and which pursues the indigo (blue) of denim. This SHIN DENIM uses a special dyeing technique that does not fade easily, and the selection of raw cotton and original spinning make it 2.5 times more abrasion-resistant than regular denim. The accessory material is a 9oz hickory fabric with a blend of 14-count American cotton for the warp and weft. The bottom fabric is made of INVISTA's 1680d Cordura Ballistic® nylon, which has about 5 times the abrasion, tear strength and durability of regular nylon, and the back is treated with PU to further improve its strength. The included leather is 1.8mm and 2.5mm thick tanned cow leather that is 100% vegetable tanned. The softening process makes it gentle to the touch, and the more you use it, the deeper the texture becomes. This series combines SHIN DENIM, which hardly fades, hickory denim, which changes over time, and lightweight, high-strength CORDURA Ballistic® fabric with tanned leather.
