Item Description
The leather used for the main body is high-quality steer leather from North America, and a waterproofing agent made by 3M is put into the drum during dyeing, allowing it to penetrate into the leather fibers. It continuously prevents water and oil from penetrating the back and sides of the leather, as well as any scratches. This leather is waterproof, oil-resistant, and stain-resistant, and has passed the monitoring test of 3M's SCOTCHGARD®. The test is performed even when the surface is scraped, so the effect does not fade. Two types of processing, smooth and embossed, are applied along the way, and the smooth part is semi-aniline finished to make the most of the leather's natural suppleness. On the other hand, the embossed part not only gives a sophisticated and elegant impression, but also has the characteristic of being less prone to scratches than the smooth part. Selected oils and tannins are used to make the product as light as possible. The attached fabric is an original fabric called MASTERTEX-06, which has a three-layer structure made from 100d CORDURA® semi-dull yarn for the warp that meets INVISTA's CORDURA® brand fabric standards, and 420d CORDURA® bright yarn for the weft, woven into a high-density, elegant twill, laminated with a special breathable waterproof film L-vent® and bonded with tricot nylon.
