Please note that it is not completely waterproof and water cannot be prevented from entering through the needle holes in the stitching. If nylon material is left wet for a long time, the film on the back may peel off or deteriorate, so be sure to dry it before storing it. Water-repellent processing is a surface treatment, so the effect will fade with use due to friction. In addition, the water-repellent power will be lost due to dust and other dirt that adheres to the fabric. After use, we recommend removing dirt by brushing appropriately and using a commercially available water-repellent spray frequently. *Please use a water-repellent spray that is suitable for the material. When using, please read the precautions carefully and then test spray on an inconspicuous part. The attached leather may have wrinkles and scratches unique to individual leather. Item Description
To commemorate the 30th anniversary of master-piece, a limited series has been released that takes popular models from the past "OVER" and "SURPASS" series, and arranges them in a more modern way. The main fabric is made of pure Japanese fabric, woven at high density on a rapier loom, which is rare even in the Hokuriku region, using ultra-strong nylon thread from Toray Industries, Inc. The dyeing time is shortened and an emphasis process is used to create uneven dyeing like kasuri, creating an elegant uneven look and expressing a retro outdoor atmosphere. The surface is water-repellent and the back is PVC-coated to improve strength and waterproofness.
The attached fabric is made of INVISTA's 1680d Cordura Ballistic® nylon, which has about five times the abrasion and tear strength and durability of regular nylon with PVC processing on the back. The attached leather is permeated with 3M's waterproofing agent "SCOTCHGARD®" deep into the fibers, which prevents water from entering the back and sides of the leather, as well as scratches.
All models come with a 30th anniversary metal nameplate, interior name tag, and a white hook buckle. (You can also purchase a hook buckle in a different color if you want.)
