Attention

Please note that it is not completely waterproof and cannot prevent water from entering through zippers or needle holes in the stitching. Leaving it wet from rain or water may cause damage to the fabric and stains, so if it gets wet, wipe it off immediately with a dry towel. Please refrain from touching it with hands that have alcohol disinfectant on them as this may weaken the water-repellent effect. If the water-repellent effect weakens, lightly brush it, wipe off the dirt with a tightly wrung towel, and iron it over a cloth or apply heat from a hair dryer to restore the water-repellent effect. Due to the nature of the dyeing method, leather may have slight color variations or discoloration.

Item Description

The main material is a twill material with a firm texture, woven with 70d warp and 210d weft nylon threads at a high density. This nylon twill is treated with m-coatTM, an original water-repellent treatment that is far superior in water repellency and abrasion resistance compared to conventional treatments. m-coatTM uses advanced special coating technology to structure the water repellent agent on the fiber surface, achieving excellent water repellency and durability. Many water-repellent products lose their water-repellent performance with repeated use and washing, but m-coatTM has achieved Class 4 in the Bundesmann water-repellent test even after 100 washes. For water-repellent performance, we conduct the Bundesmann test (※), which is more rigorous than the spray test (JIS-L1092) used as the conventional measurement standard. The accessory material is made of high-quality domestic raw leather, and the drum is dyed with SCOTCHGARD®, a waterproof material made by 3M, and the waterproof material is finished to blend in with the entire product, resulting in a high waterproof effect and a long-lasting effect. The leather surface is made transparent by using dyes and pigments, but the color and atmosphere are natural, and then sprayed with a water repellent to achieve a higher level of waterproofing. This leather is waterproof, stain-resistant, and oil-resistant, and has passed the SCOTCHGARD® monitoring test. Both the main body material and the attached leather are water-resistant, and this is a unisex casual series with metal parts. *The Bundesmann test is a pseudo-practical test method for general clothing products, including waterproof fabrics, against rainfall. Compared to the spray test (JIS-L1092), the water is dropped from a height of more than 1m and the water is applied for more than 9 minutes.
