This is the second special collection collaboration with “My Neighbor Totoro,” one of Studio Ghibli’s representative works.
Since its release in 1988 as a work by director Hayao Miyazaki, the animated film “My Neighbor Totoro” has been loved all over the world. It’s a heartwarming story that depicts the interaction between Satsuki and Mei and the mysterious creatures that can only be seen when you’re a child, such as Totoro, Catbus, and Makkurokurosuke.
The second special collection features fabric printed with the scene from “Nighttime Woods” where Satsuki and Mei meet Totoro in their dreams on the surface of the bag.
When you look inside the bag, you can meet Satsuki and Mei clinging to Totoro’s belly and turning into wind. The fur part expresses Totoro’s belly and has a soft and gentle texture.
It is a pouch with a hand strap that can be used by hand. It is compact in size and convenient for carrying amenities and other items. The main storage compartment opens wide, making it easy to take out your belongings. D-rings are placed on both sides of the pouch body so that the hand strap can be replaced.
