BAPE X RUSSELL “A BATHING APE® (hereinafter BAPE®)” and the classic sports brand “RUSELL ATHLETIC®” with over 100 years of history in the United States have announced their first collaboration. A full-line collection that includes varsity jackets, pullover hoodies, T-shirts, pants, and more, allowing you to coordinate your entire body.  This collection focuses on 80's hip-hop and skate culture. Under the theme of loose silhouette and colorful casual sportswear, the classic sporty elements of "RUSELL ATHLETIC®" are perfectly combined with the iconic street culture DNA of "BAPE®". The main colors are the red, blue, and white “RUSLL ATHLETIC®” signature colors that are typical of America, and the red, navy, and black camouflage that is typical of “BAPE®”. The long-established American sportswear brand and the edgy Japanese streetwear brand are skillfully interwoven.  In addition to the collaboration logos of both brands, many iconic motifs such as "0293" indicating the year of establishment (1902 / RUSSELL ATHLETIC®, 1993 / BAPE®) are also adopted. A large, impactful logo is flocked and embroidered to express the distinctive style of 80's hip-hop culture.
